You have the right to cancel the service you have purchased no later than 48 hours before the service is due to be performed, by choosing another service or requesting a refund. In both cases, the refund costs are borne by the customer.
Please note that in order for a refund or replacement service request to be accepted, you must contact the Company by phone +30 6977862242 or by email [email protected], in order to report your request and have your refund approved.
In the event that the service ordered cannot be performed by our Company through our fault, you have every right to either choose a new date by prior arrangement, or to receive a full refund of the money you have paid.
Finally, in the event of a refund, the refund will be completed within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of your request, after deducting transaction fees from the amount deposited in your account.
